Featherwinds Lodging is your Leavenworth wedding destination located outside Leavenworth WA, the Bavarian Village. At Featherwinds, we believe it is our job and responsibility to make your wedding stay as stress free as possible. To achieve this, we set aside time to meet with you, acquire a clear understanding of your dreams, wishes, and lodging for your special day. Your wedding details are important to you and they are also important to us; we will discuss all aspects of your wedding with you. We offer Private, Destination Weddings with on-site lodging, catering, and floral services.
Our Destination Wedding Package includes:
- Personal on-site wedding and event coordinators
- Six hours for your wedding & reception in our Sunroom
- Set-up and clean-up
- Dance floor to enhance your wedding celebration
- Table centerpieces of greens and ribbon - additional floral services are available to enhance the decor and elegance
- Linen table cloths of either white or cream
- Linen napkins at each table setting - selection of color choices
- Tables and chairs
- Flatware, wine and champagne stemware
- Coffee mugs and juice glasses
- Use of our stainless steel rolling cooler - for your beverages
- Beverage table
- Unity ceremony table
- Guest book table
- Coffee, tea and punch - for your reception
- Your custom wedding cake with choice of flavors and fillings
Featherwinds Destination Wedding Package is based on number of guests
and a minimum lodging of four rooms at Featherwinds Guest Inn.
30 - 50 guests $1,295.00 plus tax.
51 - 100 guests $1,895.00 plus tax.
Rates are based on a minimum two nights stay.
~ Leavenworth Weddings and Celebrations ~
Outdoor Wedding: $300.00 plus tax Includes: setup and take down of wedding ceremony seating for your guests, use of our wedding gazebo, use of our wedding grounds for increased photo options (gazebo, arbor, waterfall feature, etc.). Wedding attendants and guests would proceed to the Sunroom for the reception.
Custom Wedding Cake: Featherwinds Destination Wedding package includes a custom wedding cake. Our wedding cakes are designed and made fresh (never frozen) for your wedding. Your wedding cake will have flowers and ribbons to highlight your colors and style. You supply a cake top and we do the rest. Wedding cake size may very depending on the number of your wedding attendants/guests.
The Sunroom: The Sunroom at the Inn is specially designed for wedding ceremonies, receptions, reunion and anniversary parties, corporate functions and special events.
Our Sunroom is 2,200+ square feet in size, a beautiful rock fireplace provides a wonderful backdrop for indoor weddings and receptions. The Sunroom can comfortably seat 100 of your family and friends while they enjoy a delightful and relaxing celebration.
The room is designed and finished with knotty pine walls and ceiling, wall to wall carpet, custom rock fireplace, wedding cake display, 4 standards for floral arrangements, beverage bar area, and is acoustical built for better sound and volume control. The Sunroom is perfect for buffet style or seated style serving. We do reception catering, rehearsal dinners, Thank You brunches and special occasion dinners such as anniversary dinners, proposal dinners, reunion luncheons and dinners.

Featherwinds offers lodging in a B & B style Guest Inn and our Bed and Breakfast, a fully furnished cabin, and two fully furnished lodges - vacation homes. We have 5 buildings on 23 acres and can accommodate up to 60 of your wedding guests.
