Featherwinds Lodging is the ideal location for your Leavenworth wedding.  We offer an elegant, comfortable and relaxing venue for your wedding day.   Featherwinds experience and capabilities are unsurpassed by most.  We can provide guest seating for up to 125 guests, catering, and floral services.  Just like our other wedding packages, this package includes your wedding cake.

Featherwinds Day Use Wedding and Luncheon Buffet Package includes:
• 5 hours for your event in our Sunroom between 11am to 5pm
• Set up and clean up
• Tables and chairs
• Linen table cloths of white or cream
• Linen napkins - select colors available
• Table centerpieces -floral**
• Guest book table
• Luncheon and dessert plates and flatware
• Coffee mugs and juice glasses
• Fluted stemware for sparkling cider toast
• Chilled bottle of sparkling cider at each table
• Coffee, tea and punch - with your luncheon buffet
• Custom wedding cake with your choice of flavors and fillings***
• Luncheon Buffet*
• Bridal bouquet and Groom's boutonniere**

* Luncheon Buffet includes:
• Deli style sandwiches made with
  fresh, homemade bread, deli style meats and cheeses
• Olives, pickles
• Condiments
• 2 salads - pasta and potato salad

• Bride's bouquet
• Groom's boutonniere

The Day Use wedding package includes a custom wedding cake.  Our wedding cakes are designed and made fresh (never frozen) for your wedding.  Your wedding cake will have flowers and ribbons to highlight your colors and style.  You supply a cake top and we do the rest. Wedding cake size may vary depending on the number of your wedding attendants/guests.

Featherwinds Day Use Wedding and Luncheon Buffet Package is based on number of guests.

Up to 50 guests - $2,500.00 plus tax and gratuity

Additions:

Outdoor ceremony - $500.00 plus tax Includes: setup and take down of wedding ceremony seating for your guests, use of our wedding gazebo, use of our wedding grounds for increased photo options (gazebo, arbor, waterfall feature, etc.).  Wedding attendants and guests would proceed to the Sunroom for the reception.

Special Notes and Expiration Date:

Color Matching:  A color swatch, to match, must be provided.  Shades of colors differ; Featherwinds will match colors as close as possible.

The Sunroom:  Our Sunroom is 2,200+ square feet in size, a beautiful rock fireplace provides a wonderful backdrop for indoor weddings and receptions.  The Sunroom can comfortably seat 100 of your family and friends while they enjoy a delightful and relaxing celebration.  The room is designed and finished with knotty pine walls and ceiling, wall to wall carpet, custom rock fireplace, wedding cake display, 4 standards for floral arrangements, beverage bar area, and is acoustically built for better sound and volume control.  The Sunroom is perfect for buffet style or seated style serving.  We do reception catering, rehearsal dinners, Thank You brunches and special occasion dinners such as anniversary dinners, proposal dinners, reunion luncheons and dinners.
