Whether it is a destination wedding or a day use weddings, we only do one wedding at a time. Spring, summer, fall or winter, we do inside and outside weddings; should the weather turn inclement, your outdoor wedding can easily be brought indoors.

At Featherwinds®, you will have on-site wedding coordinators and event coordinators, who will work with you to match your desires with our capabilities. You and your coordinator will discuss all aspects of your wedding from favorite foods, expected guests, wedding theme and colors, dining preferences, available on-site services as well as additional options.
Any concerns you may have, should be shared with your wedding coordinator. If it concerns you, it is a concern to us. Your wedding coordinators are experienced in handling wedding issues and are here to do so for you. Our wedding coordinators don't just help you plan your wedding, we make sure your wedding day goes as planned. On your wedding day, your wedding coordinators, event coordinators and their assistants guide and direct your ceremony based on the wedding plan.
Featherwinds® Lodging is unique. We offer many on-site services such as catering, floral, lodging, wedding and event coordinators, set-up and clean up, decorating and custom wedding cakes. Our many years of catering experience and certification from The Greenbrier, in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, shows in our cakes and pastries as well as foods and presentation. We have certified florists able to meet your floral needs.

The Sunroom at the Inn is specially designed for wedding ceremonies, receptions, reunion and anniversary parties, corporate functions and special events. Our Sunroom is 2,200+ square feet in size, a beautiful rock fireplace provides a wonderful backdrop for indoor weddings and receptions. The Sunroom can comfortably seat 125 of your family and friends while they enjoy a delightful and relaxing celebration.
The room is designed and finished with knotty pine walls and ceiling, wall to wall carpet, custom rock fireplace, wedding cake display, 4 standards for floral arrangements, beverage bar area, and is acoustical built for better sound and volume control. The Sunroom is perfect for buffet style or seated style serving. We do reception catering, rehearsal dinners, "Thank You" brunches and special occasion dinners such as anniversary dinners, proposal dinners, reunion luncheons and dinners.

Featherwinds® offers lodging in our Bed and Breakfast Guest Inn, the Country Cottage and the Garden Guest Lodge. Our 3 buildings are on 7 acres and can accommodate up to 38 of your wedding guests. The Country Cottage and Garden Guest Lodge are fully furnished vacation homes, both featuring outdoor hot tubs. The Country Cottage also features a custom outdoor pool.
