If you are looking for a secluded home nestled in the trees then Featherwind’s Frontier Lodge is the perfect location for your vacation get-away! Tucked into the forest and surrounded by trees you’ll find our Frontier Lodge a quiet setting to relax and enjoy nature’s natural beauty.
Sit on the front porch swing and enjoy your morning espresso or relax in by the wood stove and listen to the fire crackle as you watch the snow fall. With each season nature brings new beauty to the natural setting here at Featherwind’s Frontier Lodge.
Our
Frontier Lodge, built in 1992 on fourteen plus acres, is a comfortable
log home with an open floor plan and surrounded by natural meadows and
evergreens. This log home is well insulated and air conditioned. It's
sure to keep you warm and toasty in the winter or cool and comfortable
in the summer. There is a wonderful Spa tub on the back deck for your
year round enjoyment.
The main floor hosts hardwood floors, a full kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, living room and open sleeping area with a full size bed. The loft is carpeted in a plush Berber and host two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin hide-a-bed. The second bedroom, located behind beautiful french-doors is furnished with a queen-size bed. This lodge sleeps up to seven guests.
The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, with the exception of a dishwasher. Many small appliances are also furnished, including: coffee and espresso maker, waffle maker, and microwave. All serving, cook and bake ware, flatware, and dishes are provided.
On the grounds here at Featherwind’s Frontier Lodge you can enjoy a relaxing walk along our trail or play a game of horseshoes. Throw some burgers on the charcoal barbeque and enjoy a relaxing soak in the Spa. Nature’s natural beauty is awaiting your arrival here in the meadows at Featherwinds.
