Beef Wellington at Featherwinds Lodging

Our Beef Wellington is a special feature here at Featherwinds.  We start our Beef Wellington with a very tasty puff pastry, stuffed with a 6-ounce tender loin, savory onions, mushrooms and Featherwinds special combination of ingredients and spices.  We served this delicious entrée with carrots in our special sweet sauce, steamed broccoli served in a butter sauce, and a wonderful crisp green salad with tomatoes, cucumber and onion.

Our Beef Wellington is not just a couple of 2-inch slices of a Beef Wellington roast, but individual 6 oz cuts of tender loin!

Our Valentines Day Special was so popular and requested by so many, we have decided to keep the special available as our Leave for Romance, Romantic Get-a-way.  Remember you must specify when you are booking the Romantic Special, which includes the Beef Wellington Dinner.
